First initial meeting was positive then it went downhill very quickly. I sent email after email asking for a confirmation of a tax issue discussed at the initial meeting and received no reply.I then decided to go elsewhere and asked for my receipt of payment as I was not given one at my appointment only to be told we do hand written receipts and don't keep a copy"

After my initial meeting I was advised that I would get a rebate only to later receive a bill from the government. When I contacted RPT to ask for help on this issue I was told they would be in contact and then ignored for 2 weeks

Never have I left a negative review for any business, however this time it's warranted. The lack of communication by Clinton Farr has to be the worst I've ever encountered in dealing with a business. For what has previously been a straight forward tax return when dealing with other firms, this time has taken over 4 months and has still not been completed. My calls and emails are repeatedly ignored and I strongly recommend you do not engage this company's services. Very disappointing.
